I accidentally lost some messages on Instagram. Is there a way to get them back?
Unfortunately, Instagram doesn’t directly allow you to recover deleted messages. However, you might have a chance if you’ve backed up your phone recently before the messages were deleted, as they could have been saved in the backup. Please note that this doesn’t work all the time.
