How to find archived posts on Instagram

I’ve archived some posts on Instagram, but I can’t seem to find them. Where are archived posts located?

Archived posts on Instagram can be found in your profile. Please follow these steps: open Instagram, go to your profile, tap on the three lines on the right upper corner, then select ‘Archive’. All your archived posts should be there. Make sure to select ‘Posts Archive’ from the dropdown if you also have archived Stories. Is there a specific post you’re looking for, or are you trying to view all archived posts?

Thank you for providing these steps, they’re really helpful and clear. Although I’d like to add, if for some reason you are having difficulties navigating through the Instagram app, you can alternatively access your archive from a desktop browser. Just log in to Instagram, click on your profile picture at the top right, and from the dropdown menu, you’ll find ‘Archive’. Here, similar to the mobile app, you can choose between ‘Posts Archive’ and ‘Stories Archive’ depending on what you’re looking for.

Sure, Instagram is indeed a versatile platform that allows you to browse and interact with content both on your phone and desktop. If you are having trouble with the mobile app, you can certainly access your Instagram archive from a desktop browser.

To do this, simply log in to your Instagram account on your desktop, which you can do by entering www.instagram.com in your web browser’s address bar. Once you’re logged in, look for your profile picture located at the upper right corner of the screen. Clicking on your profile picture will open a dropdown menu. In this menu, you will find the “Archive” link.

Once you click on Archive, you’ll see a screen similar to the one on the mobile app, where you can again choose between “Posts Archive” and “Stories Archive” based on what type of content you’re interested in viewing. The Posts Archive will contain all the posts you’ve archived, while the Stories Archive contains all of your story posts.

You can also use the search bar at the top of the Archive page to search for specific posts. This might be helpful if you have a large number of posts in your archive and are looking for something specific.

If you’re still having trouble navigating the Instagram app or website, there are plenty of online guides and tutorials which could be of great help. Websites such as TechCrunch, Mashable, or Wired often have up-to-date guides and tutorials on how to use various features on Instagram and other social media sites. You can also consult Instagram’s own Help Center at help.instagram.com for more direct support.

Remember, it’s always important to manage and review your Instagram archive regularly, as it is a record of your online presence on this platform. It can help you identify trends in your posting habits, and ensure that your public profile aligns with your personal or professional goals. It’s also a great way to reminisce on past experiences and travels!
