Yeah, honestly, you pretty much have to send a follow request and wait for them to accept. I don’t think there’s any real way around it unless they make their profile public.
Maybe you should just respect their privacy? If they wanted you to see it, they wouldn’t have a private account. Trying to bypass that is just wrong.
